What's the price of your services?
Our range starts at $2500 USD for a single service, we develop individual packages suited for your weddings need.
Do your prices include travel?
In the central area of Mexico it might completely free. For weddings in Cabo, Cancún and Vallarta, most of our packages include those fees when booking 6 months prior to your event.
What services do we give?
Photography, Cinematography, E-session, Trash the dress, Albums, Photobook, Digital Album, drone, interviews, slideshows, personalized websites and more, you can see the list and prices here.
What does the wedding package include?
We have three packages, ranging from 8 hours to unlimited, number of cameras, photobook size, etc, more info in the packages section.
How much time do I get for ¨unlimited¨?
We'll start when you start, and finish when the party is over.
How far in advance do you have to get in touch to book?
We recommend contacting us at least six months to a year before your wedding. If your wedding is arround the corner, check in, we might be availiable.
What if my wedding gets cancelled due to COVID-19 or changes date?
Deposits are non refundable. But you can use them to reschedule our services if the date changes.
Do we cover more than one event per day?
No
Do we travel to another state or country?
Yes, we've traveled to countries like Canada, Colombia and Costa Rica for weddings.
Is there an extra cost for travel?
If it's in Mexico, It's probably included in our fees.
Would you do a session for my family even if I'm not getting married?
We would love to.
What style of photography do we do?
Colorfull, true to life colors, documentary with a dash of cinematic.
What equipment do we use?
We use a variety of Canon and Sony/Panasonic state of the art Mirrorles cameras and actual cinema lenses. 4K video, high-resolution photos, state-of-the-art DJI drones, professional stabilizers and cinema lighting, etc.
How do we deliver the photos and video?
All the material is delivered digitally in a gallery where your guests can buy directly, and also on USB's designed for you, prints and more.
What is the approximate delivery time of the final work?
2 Weeks for Photography and 1 to 2 months for Cinematography.
Do we deliver all the original RAWS?
On a VIP Package, it is possible.
How do you backup your work?
After your wedding, the raw work is downloaded to two safe hard drives, and onto a third one for direct editing.
Do we have a substitute in case of unforeseen event?
Yes, we are part of a network of professionals who, in the event of any setbacks, could easily be replaced by one of our collegues.
Do you have the rights to publish the wedding photos?
Only if you give us permission.
Do you charge by the hour or by event?
Event
If necessary, can you work overtime?
Absolutely.
How are payments made?
We accept transfers, we also accept credit cards through PayPal, and Wise with no comission.
How do you work?
We work individually with each client to determine their needs, talk about what you are looking for, and create unique images for you.

English, French, Spanish and one of us speaks German
